The tour commences at your Hotel.
It concludes at your hotel or agreed upon site.

The tour requires a minimum of 1 Person per booking to be conducted.
The tour/activity is designed to accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

This is a private tour and lasts for the full day. We recommend that you start the tour at 07:00 or 07:30.

Comfortable shoes, such as sneakers with cushioned insoles, are highly recommended for walking.
Both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees when visiting holy sites. Men may wear respectful shorts that extend below the knees.

A pair of binoculars and a bottle of water could be useful during your visit.
Feel free to bring your camera, but remember you may be requested to turn off the flash in certain sites.
If rain is expected, opt for a compact, foldable umbrella without sharp ends.

Items such as large backpacks, pocket knives, glass bottles, wine openers, large tripods, and big bags are not allowed when entering churches or museums.
Visitors are required to remove their hats when entering holy sites.

This tour involves a fair amount of walking, some stairs, and uneven terrain. Visitors with mobility issues may find the tour challenging.
Accessible to the physically challenged with a modified route.
Participants should ideally possess a moderate level of physical fitness for climbing and descending
The tour may not be suitable for those who have difficulty climbing and descending stairs.

In rare circumstances, the Basilicas may be closed without prior notice. If this occurs, an extended tour of the cities and a detailed description of the Basilicas will be provided.
Refunds will not be granted in the event of church closure.

For a full refund, tours must be cancelled at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
If a tour is cancelled between 72 and 24 hours before the tour, only the balance amount will be refunded, and the ticket fee will be retained.
No refund will be issued for tours cancelled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled start time.
