Where does the transfer start and end?

The transfer service can start and end at any specified location, such as the airport, port, hotel, or tour meeting point.

Is the transfer route fixed?

Our transfer services are flexible and can be customised based on your needs and schedule.

How many people can join the transfer?

Our sedans accommodate up to 3 passengers, and our vans can accommodate up to 8 passengers.

What should I bring?

Please bring your booking confirmation, valid ID, and any necessary travel documents.

What is the cancellation policy?
  • For a full refund, tours must be cancelled at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  • If a tour is cancelled between 72 and 24 hours before the tour, only the balance amount will be refunded, and the ticket fee will be retained.
  • No refund will be issued for tours cancelled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled start time.
